Cancellations and Changing Appointments
When you book an appointment with MobileB12.Co.Uk, we reserve the consultation room exclusively for you during the designated time slot. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any other services during that time. We do understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating a change in your appointment.
In recognition of this, we allow changes to appointments up to a maximum of two times without any penalty. After that, we will not make any further changes, and if you fail to attend the appointment, we will not issue a refund. We will consider all cancelled appointments from the time of booking when deciding if a refund is appropriate. Please note that we cannot change any appointments within 24 hours of the appointment start time.
Our process for handling cancellations is outlined below:
Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice:
If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours' notice before the appointment start time, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice:
If you cancel your appointment between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment start time, we will issue a refund in the form of a credit voucher. The voucher will be valid for six months from the date of issue and can only be used on our website.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice:
We regret that we cannot issue refunds for services cancelled within 24 hours of or after the appointment start time.
Cancellations for travel services:
Once we have conducted a consultation, we will not issue refunds for travel services.
